Kylie Jenner’s boob job is back in the spotlight after the reality star revealed she is considering going bigger. This comes years after publicly wishing she had never gotten breast implants. During a candid podcast appearance, Jenner shared her current vision for a more dramatic look, discussed when she might undergo another procedure, and revisited the attention surrounding the exact implant specifications she previously shared with curious fans on social media in 2025.
Kylie Jenner’s Boob Job Could Be Getting a Bigger Upgrade
During Wednesday’s episode of the “Better Half With Stas and Vic” podcast, Jenner made it clear that her current preference is far from subtle. The 29-year-old told co-hosts Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel that she wants “bigger and more out there” breast implants.
“I do want them bigger,” Jenner confirmed. “I say it every day.” She then summed up the dramatic look she has in mind, joking, “I want my tits to walk in before I do.” According to her friends, this is not a passing idea. They said Jenner has discussed increasing her implant size “for the past year,” while Karanikolaou joked, “She has, like, an obsession with big tits.” Jenner enthusiastically agreed, adding, “Love tits.”
Despite her enthusiasm, another procedure does not appear imminent. Karanikolaou revealed that Jenner had initially hoped to have it done before her 29th birthday earlier in August. Jenner now says she “probably” will not make the change before turning 30 in August 2027. She does, however, have another body modification in mind: a belly button piercing. “I want diamonds dripping from my belly button. Dripping everywhere,” she said.
Her New Plans Follow Earlier Regret Over Breast Implants
The Kylie cosmetics CEO’s latest comments mark an interesting turn after she previously expressed regret about having breast augmentation so young. On “The Kardashians” in 2023, Jenner confirmed that she had her breasts done at 19, before becoming pregnant with daughter Stormi. Reflecting on that decision, she admitted, “I wish I could … do it all differently,” adding, “Because I wouldn’t touch anything.”
She also said motherhood changed her perspective on cosmetic procedures. Speaking about Stormi, Jenner explained, “I’d be heartbroken if [Stormi] wanted to get her body done at 19.” While discussing the augmentation, Jenner recalled being happy with her natural body before surgery.
“I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,” she said, before advising people considering the procedure to “wait after children.”
Those remarks came after years of evolving statements about cosmetic work. Jenner once denied having breast implants and maintained that much of the speculation surrounding her appearance was inaccurate. She has also denied undergoing extensive facial surgery while openly acknowledging using lip fillers. Jenner has also spoken about the pressure she faced over her appearance after growing up in the public eye. During a June 2024 episode of “The Kardashians,” she became emotional while discussing years of scrutiny surrounding her looks.
“People have been talking about my looks since I was 13. It just gets exhausting,” she said. “Like, I’ve never cried about this before, but I guess it does affect me.” Later that year, Jenner reflected on the decisions she made as a teenager and said she has learned to give her younger self more grace.
“I just have to be gentle with myself because although I carried so much responsibility in the moment, I was just trying to do what was best for me. Was just trying my best as a human. I have to realize: ‘It’s OK, Kylie,’” she told British Vogue in September 2024. “Looking back, I’m like, ‘God, I was 17, 18.’”
Jenner Previously Revealed Her Exact Implant Specifications
Jenner’s breast augmentation became a major topic again in 2025 when a TikTok user praised her “most perfect, natural” chest and asked how she managed to get “them to sit like that, respectfully.” Rather than sidestepping the question, Jenner supplied unusually specific details: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! … Hope this helps lol.”
According to London’s Centre for Surgery, 445 cc can roughly correspond to a D to DD cup size depending on a patient’s starting breast size, while a moderate-profile implant is designed to create a more natural-looking result.
The TV star also identified Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher as her doctor. She revealed on Wednesday’s podcast that sharing his name has resulted in people calling his office “all the time … asking for [her] information.” The conversation also moved beyond cosmetic surgery. Jenner confirmed that she personally manages her social media presence, including accounts connected to her businesses.
“It’s just me,” she explained. “When I post things, I never really run it by anyone. I’m also doing Kylie Cosmetics and Khy, those Instagrams.” That workload may soon change. Jenner said she hopes to “hand it off” next year so she can “relax,” explaining that managing everything “consumes a lot of [her] time.”
