Rico pulls back the curtain on how the system actually works and where the real workarounds are hidden. Kash makes the case that advice is never neutral—it always comes from someone’s experience, their biases, and their agenda. And the panel fully agrees on one thing: if you took bad advice and acted on it without vetting it first, that’s on you. Then, a caller writes in with a situation that takes the whole conversation somewhere deeply personal: her “work mom” of ten years doesn’t approve of her fiancé. The panel is heavily divided on whether she should listen, whether she needs to cut off the information flow, and whether the real problem is the advice itself or the fact that she’s been sharing way too much at work. Information is everywhere. Discernment is rare. Before you take advice from anyone, ask yourself if you’d trade lives with them. We’re not letting anybody off the hook. On the contrary.
