Kylie Jenner is facing serious legal claims from a former housekeeper who says she suffered mistreatment while working in the reality star’s home. Juana Delgado Soto has filed a lawsuit against Jenner, her company Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, and two service companies. The case includes claims of racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and workplace retaliation.

The lawsuit, obtained by media outlets, says Soto worked for Jenner starting in 2019. She claims that from early on, she was denied proper meals and rest breaks. But she says things became much worse in 2023 when Sibrian became her direct supervisor. Soto says this change marked a turning point in how she was treated at work.

According to the complaint, Soto is not only blaming one person. She is also pointing to the system around the workplace, saying managers failed to step in even after she complained. The case is now raising questions about how far responsibility goes when complaints are made inside a high-profile home.

Claims of Harsh Treatment and Discrimination

Soto’s lawsuit describes a workplace filled with fear and pressure. She claims Sibrian mocked her accent, laughed at her, and called her “foolish.” She also says she was humiliated because of her race and immigration background.

The suit says Soto reported these issues to human resources in 2024. After her complaint, Sibrian was temporarily removed from her role. However, Soto claims she was later brought back. Once Sibrian returned, Soto says the treatment got worse. She claims her pay was reduced, her work schedule was changed, and she was given heavier workloads as a form of punishment.

One example in the lawsuit says Soto was ready to leave work on her birthday when she was told she must stay late. She claims Sibrian said, “No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having dinner.” Because of this, Soto says she missed her own surprise birthday celebration.

Letter to Kylie Jenner and Escalation

In April 2025, Soto said she reached a breaking point. She wrote a long letter directly to Kylie Jenner and placed it on her massage bed before a scheduled session. In the letter, she described feeling deeply hurt and stressed.

Soto wrote, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused.” She also added, “I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.”

After this moment, the lawsuit claims the situation escalated. Soto says she was threatened with termination the very next day. She also alleges she was told she could no longer speak to Jenner or even be seen by her.

The complaint states she was given strict and unusual rules, including being told to “disappear” if she saw Jenner. It also claims she was restricted from using bathrooms freely, forced to clean dog areas, and even banned from drinking certain water in the home. These claims paint a picture of a workplace that became more controlling after she tried to speak up.

Resignation and Legal Response

By August 2025, Soto says she could no longer continue working under the conditions. She resigned by text message, writing that she felt constant anxiety, could not sleep, and had been deeply affected by how she was treated.

Her message read in part, “I cannot do this anymore… I cannot sleep at night, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me.”

Soto is now seeking financial compensation for what she describes as emotional distress, unpaid wages, and workplace harm. The exact amount has not been made public.

Jenner’s representatives have declined to comment on the lawsuit. They also said Jenner had not yet reviewed the complaint when contacted by media outlets.

Soto’s lawyer, Della Shaker, says the case is part of a wider issue and not an isolated situation. Another former housekeeper has also filed a separate lawsuit with similar claims of hostile treatment in Jenner’s household.

The Legal Battle Moving Forward

The case now raises questions about what actions were taken after Soto says she raised her concerns. The lawsuit does not directly accuse Jenner of personally mistreating Soto. Instead, it focuses on whether complaints were ignored or not properly handled by those in charge.

As the legal process continues, both sides are standing firm. Soto says she was mistreated and ignored. The defendants have not publicly responded in detail. For now, the case remains open, and the court will decide what really happened behind the closed doors of one of Hollywood’s most watched homes.
