Rain Hannah, the longtime girlfriend of Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil, was booked for domestic-related assault in Tennessee, TMZ reported Thursday. A source told the outlet she destroyed his house during an argument and assaulted him, months after the couple reunited following a breakup over an alleged affair.
Rain Hannah Booked After Alleged Fight With Vince Neil
TMZ published the story at 23:11 UTC on Nov. 5, citing inmate records it obtained. The records show the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee booked Hannah on a Sunday on a domestic-related assault charge. TMZ does not give the date. Counting back from Thursday, Nov. 5, the Sunday would be Nov. 1, but that date is an inference.
According to a source who spoke to TMZ, the two argued over something unclear. Hannah then allegedly started destroying Neil’s house and assaulted him. TMZ does not describe the damage. Jail records show she bonded out the next day after a $5,000 bond was posted. Neither Neil nor Hannah has commented, and TMZ includes no statement from their representatives. Hannah has not been quoted in any report on the arrest.
The Alleged Affair and the Breakup
The arrest follows a split TMZ covered in May 2025. At the time, TMZ reported that Neil ended the relationship after nearly 15 years because he believed Hannah was cheating. The outlet said one of his assistants told him she had been having an affair, and that the claim was an open secret in his inner circle.
TMZ stated in 2025 that it had not confirmed an affair took place. It reported only that Neil was “absolutely buying it.” TMZ said it asked Hannah about the breakup and the allegation and got no response. Four days later, TMZ reported Neil was spotted in Nashville holding hands with two women, a blonde and a brunette, and wrote that it was unsure what the situation was.
Reunion and a Rough Stretch for the Couple
Now TMZ says a source claims they got back together about a month after the split. That puts the reunion around June 2025, though TMZ gives no exact date. The couple’s shared history includes a frightening episode in February 2025. TMZ reported that Neil’s private jet crashed into Vince Vaughn’s plane at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona, and the pilot of Neil’s plane died. Hannah was aboard and survived, along with a friend and several dogs. TMZ said she broke five ribs. Neil was not on the flight. He had stayed in Florida with friends. A preliminary report said the left main landing gear failed as the plane touched down.
What Comes Next for Neil and Hannah
The reports do not say whether prosecutors have filed formal charges or whether Neil plans to cooperate. A booking and a posted bond describe an arrest, not a conviction, and Hannah has not responded publicly. TMZ’s archive also lists a 2016 headline saying Neil pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery in Las Vegas after a casino incident. That item is background only. The current story concerns Hannah’s arrest, and the allegation comes from an anonymous source and inmate records. Watch for a statement from either camp, any court date in Williamson County, and whether Neil addresses the report on social media.
