The entrepreneur, philanthropist, recording artist, and Founder & CEO of SohoMuse and The House of Vanderbilt recently partnered with B. Wright Leadership Academy to launch theConsuelo Vanderbilt Costin Girls Leadership Outreach Program A year-long initiative designed to introduce young girls to leadership, communication skills, entrepreneurship, wellness, etiquette, and confidence building at an early age.
About The Program
The initiative officially launched at Miami’s African Heritage Cultural Arts Center, where students heard directly from Vanderbilt Costin during an intimate day of programming focused on confidence, leadership, and understanding the value of believing in yourself before the world fully recognizes your potential.
The program was created for girls in grades 5 through 8 and aims to provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and real-world exposure through guest speakers, professional development conversations, and interactive experiences designed to expand how young girls see themselves and their future possibilities.
